Toner Formulas for Blonde hair | Redken Shades EQ | New Blonde Formulas

Today, we are working with Redken Shades EQ Crystal Clear and making gorgeous sheer blonde toning formulas. With just a bottle of Crystal Clear and a few drops of some pigmented colors, you can create something magical. In this video, I'm going to show you a few of my favorites. All swatches processed for a full 20 minutes so that you can see the full intensity of the tone. You can always process less time if you want a softer result. Formula #4 is the BEST silver formula if you process just until the hair turns silver. (Check out my last video to see this tone on a clients hair.) Sorry for the delay in the video.
