YOU HAVE BEEN FRYING PLANTAIN THE WRONG WAY

The first time I enjoyed this crispy and moist fried Plantain was a trip to Barbados. This recipe featured on my cookery show ‘Ndudu by Fafa’ on ABNTV where I used Cornflakes.
