These blades are great but the OEM cutting edges are not! They wear down within 3 to 5 hours of use. I beefed up mine with 1 inch hardened rubber. It will float over cracks better and not put your head through the windshield. It will also help reduce damage to turf as it doesn't cut into the ground and turf near as much or rip sprinkler heads out of the ground like a metal cutting edge will.
