Sorry for the audio issue. I was using a second camera and forgot that it has two ports, one for headphones and one for the microphone. I plugged the microphone in the headphone port, hence the weird audio. I learned my lesson. Welcome to another episode of the Call Center Chronicles. I quit in 2022, I recorded this last year. Note to Verizon: Stop coddling your customers & pay for up-to-date software that allows reps to do their jobs so that they can make you more money. Also, their website crashes every Black Friday & iPhone launch, due to the ridiculous traffic. I used to work at a call center. 2/10 would not recommend.
