Journey Through the Word Series: Second Chronicles

Fuller discussion: https://seeingjesusdaily.substack.com... While Second Chronicles traces Judah’s royal drama from Solomon’s gold-standard temple dedication to a catastrophic Babylonian exile, it reveals that human monarchs—even the decent ones with stellar résumés—inevitably suffer catastrophic leadership fails. With analytical precision, the narrative demonstrates how stone temples and flawed Davidic kings were never meant to be the final destination, but rather dramatic historical foreshadows pointing to a far superior, corrupt-free leadership upgrade. Ultimately, this entire roller-coaster chronicle clears the stage for Jesus Christ, who steps in as the sinless Son of David and true living temple to guarantee an everlasting kingdom that never collapses. #BibleStudy #JesusInTheOldTestament #2Chronicles #Christianity #Faith #JesusChrist #SonOfDavid #Gospel #OldTestament #Theology #BiblicalTheology #KingdomOfGod #LeadershipFail #KingJesus #BibleVerse #Scripture #ChristianLiving #Grace #Temple #Covenant #Hope #Truth #Mercy #Worship #Church #GodIsFaithful #GoodNews #Redemption #BibleTruth #KingOfKings #biblestudy #scripture #christianliving #grace #theology #gospel #faith #spiritualgrowth #hope #jesus
