Ruta de la Sal 🏃‍♂️ Virtual Trail Run in Gran Canaria 🇮🇨

Another Virtual Trail Run in Gran Canaria, this time further inland ☺️ We'll start from a small mountain town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana and set out towards the coast, along the route that was used in the past to transport salt from the coastal salt flats of Tenefé. Today, it's a popular hiking route, although, as in the most of the Gran Canaria south, it's usually very sunny and sometimes unpleasantly warm to hike, especially in the summer. This is mostly a mountain and countryside run for more than an hour and a half 😬 The weather was quite usual for that area, so the sun in this episode will often appear directly in view or blinking from behind the trees or mountains. People with sensitivity to flickering lights should be especially careful.
