Shadows Over Twin Suns is an original glam synth metal / fantasy metal song by Fallen Angels In Limelight, continuing the City of Shadows story in Azara, the City of Dawn. Beneath Azara’s twin suns, the people gather in prayer. Through marble streets and crowded plazas, worshippers carry flowers, fruit and flame to honour the Triumvirate. Priests call for balance while Sahirah watches from among them. Then the daylight changes. Darkness begins to graze both suns. Their golden brilliance fades to a sickly pallor, the markets fall silent, and Sahirah’s own song falters as an unnatural stillness descends across the city. The people reach for their gods. No answer comes. Lyrics: [Verse 1] Through marble streets, the whispers run, A harmony now frayed, undone. They carry flowers, fruits, and flame, To call the Triumvirate by name. Beneath the towers, gold and wide, The crowd in prayer stands side by side. Their eyes to suns that never fade Yet feel a chill beneath the day.
