Hearing Test - Play Audiometry

Play audiometry is used to test the hearing of children from three years of age by placing headphones on to present different tones. Children respond to each tone with a play task. The purpose of this test is to assess the overall hearing system, which includes the outer, middle, inner ear (cochlear) and hearing nerve.
