Hi everyone it's me Sangita Dhami I'm sharing my 3rd MMA fight of NWC 4 And yes i made it 🇳🇵🙏 Talking about my training My early days were intense and focused, often starting with basic techniques and conditioning. I spent a lot of time learning the fundamentals. I was inspired by martial arts films and saw MMA as a way to challenge myself physically and mentally. I’ve been training for several years now, steadily progressing through various levels of competition. I’ve competed in grappling tournaments and other striking competitions, which helped me develop a well-rounded skill set. My training camp has been going well. I’ve been pushing my limits and fine-tuning my strategies. Recently, I’ve been concentrating on my striking and grappling transitions.
