Ramen Ride: like coffee outside but with ramen. Last spring Allez LA bikeshop was hosting a Sim Works pop-up where they held a bunch of fun events including this group ride for ramen outside. There was a massive turnout and it was the first time I'd ever cooked ramen outside. I only picked up a cup-o-noodles from Superior Grocers before riding to the shop but folks were set up with the fanciest of ramen and all the trimmings. Fresh noodles, real broth, pork belly, eggs, veggies, everything.
