The Longsheng Xijiangping primeval forest is located in the northern part of Sishui Township, Longsheng Multi-ethnic Autonomous County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. Nestled at the southern foot of the Yuechengling Mountains, it forms the core of the Xijiangping alpine ecological zone. With an altitude range of approximately 1,000-1,400 meters (with the core area concentrated between 1,200 and 1,350 meters), it is one of the best-preserved and most ecologically diverse subtropical alpine primeval forests in northern Guangxi. With a forest coverage rate exceeding 95% and negative oxygen ion concentrations consistently exceeding 25,000/cm³ year-round, it is known as "Longsheng's natural oxygen bar" and a "secret alpine ecological haven in South China." It is also a fertile habitat for numerous rare plants and animals, and a treasure trove of biodiversity.龙胜西江坪原始森林位于广西桂林市龙胜各族自治县泗水乡北部，地处越城岭山脉南麓，是西江坪高山生态区的核心组成部分，海拔范围约1000-1400米（核心区集中在1200-1350米），是桂北地区保存最完整、生态类型最丰富的亚热带高山原始森林之一。森林覆盖率超95%，负氧离子浓度常年保持在2.5万个/cm³以上，被誉为“龙胜的天然氧吧”“华南高山生态秘境”，也是众多珍稀动植物的原生栖息地与生物多样性宝库。
