I-405 9 am Traffic

I-405 is Washington's most congested freeway, serving Seattle's Eastside. You can see that after 9 am traffic still packs all lanes, including the HOV lane we're driving in. We were headed to the South Kirkland Park and Ride on February 2, 2011.
