Ironman Coeur d’Alene 70.3 2025 | My First Triathlon Experience

IRONMAN 70.3 COEUR D’ALENE, June 2025 This one meant everything. Early mornings. Long days. Showing up when I didn’t feel like it. This race was built long before the start line. 🏊‍♂️ Swim: 30:52 🚴‍♂️ Bike: 2:35:43 🏃‍♂️ Run: 1:27:05 ⏱ Total Time: 4:40:09 Every mile tested me. Every moment was a choice—keep going or back off. No shortcuts out here. Grateful for the people who’ve had my back through it all. You know who you are. This is about discipline. Doing the work when nobody’s watching. Staying consistent when it’s hard. And this is just the beginning. Follow the journey—more coming #triathlon #ironman #cda #vlog
