For that you don't need big ammo, you need fast, accurate ammo. If you run a sniper to kill with two body shots, something's off: High Velocity medium ammo already two-taps the upper body (150 HP, 75+ damage per hit) past 80 meters. So why put up with fewer rounds, slower cycling, harder restocks and a higher price?
