Once again Nepal - this time very shorterm April / May Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek. Once you get out of the car - arround two days - great and remote part of Nepal opens for you. Land of the Snow Leopard and the Yeti 😁 You can walk your ass off in this remote and basic area - nowdays can be done fully as a teahouse / shelter trek. It was great, tough, cold (f*cking cold), remote, empty, basic and simply superb. One of the most challanging treks away from your Nepal lodge compfort ..and it is! Had some great guys & support from Nepal Nirvana Trails and my Guide Bhim (https://nepalnirvanatrails.com/). Supportive and flexible we did the things our way - mostly faster and with a lot of fun. Due to the bad weather the trekking Peak Drohmo Ri (~6000HM) was not possible. Up there risks are not paying off.
