Judgement on the Peoples Climate Case by the European Court of Justice

The European Court of Justice took a decision on the Peoples Climate Case - The plaintiff families and the saminuorra youth are not happy with the result. They demand #climatejustice and #accesstojustice #weprotecttheplanet Families from Portugal, France, Italy, Romania, Germany, Kenia, Fiji and a Youth association from the Sami community in Sweden sued the European Union for more climate ambition in 2018.
