Here Comes the Sun – The Beatles | Piano Cover by Caroline Joy Quinn

It rains a lot in Seattle. On sunny days, everyone is out walking their dogs, gardening and enjoying the beautiful northwest. In the spring of 1969, George Harrison wrote this optimistic song at the country home of his friend Eric Clapton. It was first heard on The Beatles album Abbey Road. The creative chord progressions and complex meters in the middle section make this one of Harrison’s best compositions. Here’s to many sunny days full of hope and new beginnings. Here are some of the lyrics: Little darling It's been a long, cold, lonely winter Little darling It feels like years since it's been here Here comes the sun, doo-d-doo-doo Here comes the sun And I say, "It's alright" Thank you for listening!
