Wet your hands, rub a little salt on your palms, and shape the rice into triangles. Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelette) 2 eggs and dashi stock. Beat together and roll in a square pan over low heat. Wakame Miso Soup Dashi stock, miso, fresh wakame seaweed, and tofu.
