The delegation was lead by Hon. Minister Poasi Tei, CEO Paula Ma'u and Director Mafua Maka of National Emergency Management Office and followed by Members of Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources, Ministry of Infrastructure, Tonga Meteorological Services.
