YOU served, YOU helped, YOU stayed faithful when it would have been easier not to — and no one noticed. No thank you. No reward. No recognition. And over time YOU quietly made peace with the idea that it just went unseen, filed away as one more thing YOU did that nobody remembers. Esther 6 was written for the person carrying that exact quiet disappointment. Years earlier, someone had done something genuinely significant — and received nothing for it. It was real. It mattered. It even protected someone powerful. But it was never rewarded, never honored, completely overlooked, and enough time had passed that everyone had moved on.
