Tibetan singing bowls Low 110 Hz Bowl – 3 hours of a single low bowl at 110 Hz, struck gently every 20–30 seconds over a soft rim-rub drone, with a calm lakeside at sunset on screen. A calm, no-talking sound bath for deep sleep, meditation, yoga and relaxation.
Many listeners say they feel deeply grounded and heavy, ready for sleep. Dim the lights, breathe slowly and let each bowl fade away.
✨ What are Tibetan singing bowls?
Singing bowls are standing bells from the Himalayan region. When struck or rubbed around the rim they ring with long, shimmering overtones. Known in the West as 'Tibetan' singing bowls since the 1970s, they are now loved worldwide for meditation, yoga and sound baths. This session is tuned to 110 Hz (the note A2). The lowest, warmest bowl in our collection. Many listeners say low bowls feel the most grounding and are the easiest to fall asleep to.
🌙 What you may feel
Everyone is different, but many listeners say they feel:
• Deeply grounded and heavy, ready for sleep
• A slow, deep exhale and loosening shoulders
• Quiet, spacious calm between the strikes
In small studies, people reported feeling less tense after singing bowl meditation. Calm, gentle sound may help you relax.
🌿 Benefits, effects & best uses
Singing bowls have long been used for meditation and sound baths. This single low bowl at 110 Hz is the deepest, simplest sound in our collection, and low bowls are traditionally associated with grounding and stillness. Many listeners say it:
• Feels deeply grounding and heavy, ready for sleep
• Helps their breathing slow to the rhythm of the strikes
• Is simple enough to fade into the background
Best for:
• Sleep – one steady, low bowl to fall asleep to
• Meditation – grounding and breath counting
• Yoga – yoga nidra and restorative poses
• Sound bath – minimal and spacious
Singing bowl sound meditation has been looked at in a handful of small studies, where people reported feeling less tense afterwards. The research is still limited, so treat this as a calm companion rather than a treatment.
