Climax of Night 6: j.g. ( F Ciel ) vs JIN ( F Kouma ) FT10

I went to the event solely because of the fundraiser to bring players from overseas. I signed up only to commentate, specifically I really wanted to commentate the Top 8. I did not enter the tournament as I am relatively inactive. But I practiced a little to prepare in case I have a chance to play with JIN. I actually prepared for C Kouma, not F, so it took me a while to remember the counters to F moon as well. JIN told me in this match up he prefers F over C. I am OK with this because I want to see your best. This match was played impromptu around midnight in a hotel room I was invited to. I had no idea JIN was even coming. I started off slow with many bad habits, I have been inactive so it's been problematic getting back into playing shape. Excessive backdash use early on was no good and not advised. I was down 1-4, and it took me a while to adapt to using 5[c] properly vs rekkas (release on clash, not hold), and also ex cancelling my specials vs rekka armors. Overall playing these matches was very memorable for me, my weekend was already incredible so this made it even better.
