Searching for New Zealand agates and crystals - May 2025

I headed down to one of the rivers in Canterbury, New Zealand, to look for some agates that might have been exposed in the recent rains and I was not disappointed! Even without sunshine to make them glow, we managed to find some great rocks and crystals in the river. Boy, the water was cold though!
