You gave me your 3 style words — and I went into my closet to see how I would actually wear them! For this video, I took the first six women who commented their three style words on my previous videos and created an outfit inspired by each set of words. But there’s an important distinction: I’m not trying to guess what these women would wear or define their personal style. Instead, I interpreted their words through my eyes, using pieces already in my closet — especially the kinds of basics many of us already own or could easily find. What does Classic • Comfortable • Fitted look like compared with Relaxed • Classic • Playful? How do you turn words like Glowy, Singular, Elevated or Joy into an actual outfit? That’s what I love about the 3-word method. Your words aren't rules, and there isn't one “correct” outfit. They simply give you a filter that can make getting dressed — and shopping — so much easier. And at this stage of life, I think that's especially helpful. We don't necessarily need more clothes. Sometimes we just need a new way of looking at the clothes we already have.
