Central Park Road Tea Party June 2019

On June 23rd 2019, Central Park Community held it's first tea party. We had an amazing day with over 800 locals from the 8 invited streets turning out to meet one another, have great conversations and savour some delicious food. The event was organised by residents of East Ham, local to Central Park Road, with the aim of reviving community spirit and bringing locals together. We were joined by some well-known faces, including MP for East Ham Stephen Timms, Boleyn Ward Councillor Moniba Khan and St Bartholomew's Church Reverend Susan Lucas. The organising team would like to thank our generous community for their donations of food, their general support and participation. If you would like to join the community WhatsApp group, please message Akhter on 07979 950367 or email centralparkcommunityE6@gmail.com
