I take six weeks off every year and here is what that has taught me about rest and work

This is my fourth year doing an annual sabbatical and I need it more this year than I ever have. Two months ago I was running on empty. I was exhausted from being needed from the moment my eyes opened every single day. Phone calls, quick questions, travel, back to back speaking engagements, two challenges, a mastermind, and then in the middle of all of it I had one conversation with Dr Stella Immanuel on May 22nd that turned into a three day healing summit 16 days later. The Heal the Nation Summit brought together Dr Stella Immanuel, Rochelle T. Parks, and Tiphani Montgomery to cover every dimension of healing including spiritual, cellular, and systemic. It was a massive turnout and the testimonies were incredible. If you missed it live I will drop the replay link below. In this episode I also talk about something that has completely changed my relationship with social media. It is called the Brick and if you do not have one you need to get one. It physically locks your apps at a set time every night and forces you to be intentional about when you choose to unlock them. It has been a game changer for my unhurried time with God every morning. ➡️ Grab your Brick here: https://linktw.in/BsQgyw Real rest is not scrolling social media in bed while your body runs through every emotion. Social media is designed like a slot machine on purpose. It takes away the part of your brain that needs to restore. This episode is your reminder that it is okay to stop. Not just okay. It is necessary. 🕒 CHAPTERS 00:00 – Hey it's Tiff.
