I visited 5 different spots looking for big Japanese whiting, but everywhere was full of tiny fish… No keeper size over 16cm at all. Biggest fish was only 14cm! Still, there were lots of bites and it was fun as a numbers game. The water temperature is rising, so better fishing should come soon.
