The Castellows Red Dirt Girl (Emmylou Harris cover) live in Fort Worth, TX

The Castellows cover some great country and rock classics like Emmylou Harris' Red Dirt Girl. I made a playlist:    • Castellows cover Springsteen, Garth Brooks...   Red Dirt Girl is the most popular song on this channel from when they played for an audience for only the second time in Shreveport in April , 2024 (over a quarter million views    • The Castellows - Red Dirt Girl unplugged (...  ). This Fort Worth performance the day before is the FIRST time they played it, as Ellie says in her introduction. I cleaned up this video using VideoProc software to sharpen images. I also exported the original audio to Moises.ai to separate track and trim out some of the crowd chatter (not perfect but its a bit better). Lastly, I added orchestration from the First Aid Kit Polar Prize award performance to the live Fort Worth audio. I used Moises.ai to separate tracks and do a semitone key shift on ‪@firstaidkitband‬ (Ab) to match ‪@thecastellows‬ key (G). I used Corel Video Studio to do some more stem levels fixes (and cut out a bit more chatter between vocals) and time-stretching to aligning tempos (First Aid Fit was 89 BPM and the ladies played slower at 82 BPM. And I added the great AI images that AIVS : AI Video Studio created for this song.
