Going through Mark on Me felt like watching &TEAM’s established wolf identity evolve into something more vulnerable and emotionally mature. This project still carries their instinct, intensity, and sense of unity, but adding love to that story allowed us to hear a completely different side of the group. Across these six tracks, &TEAM explore everything that can happen after someone finally sees the parts of you that you were afraid to reveal. The different styles could have made the project feel disconnected, but every track explores a different way that meeting “you” changes the wolf at the center of the story. Sometimes that change is dramatic, sometimes playful, sometimes comforting, and sometimes completely uncontrollable. Mark on Me showed a wider and more mature side of &TEAM while preserving the identity that holds their music together.
