Nigrelli HSC 400 Cartoner - Bottles of Body Wash

Our model Nigrelli HSC 400 Horizontal Cartoner is a continuous-motion machine. This application is designed to place 22 oz and 24 oz bottles of liquid soap into cartons. Bottles are single-filed into the system from the upstream capper. The cartoner infeed uses a timing screw to gently lay the bottles down into infeed buckets. A high-speed rotary carton set-up picks and places the paperboard cartons, followed by a barrel cam loader, which efficiently loads the bottles into the cartons. Hot-melt adhesive is applied to the carton flaps, and powered compression belts complete the carton sealing. Cartons are then discharged from the machine.
