*Struggling to remember Female Gametophyte (Embryo Sac) labeling? This video is for you! In this video on BioWithVibha, I explain the Class 12 Biology Chapter 2 - Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants most important diagram - Female Gametophyte / Embryo Sac with a super easy Marriage Function Story Trick that you will never forget. We decoded the trick: Central Cell is the Marriage Hall/Garden. 3 Antipodal Cells are 3 Aunties who came to attend the marriage and went to eat at Chalazal End. Inside the hall are 2 Polar Nuclei - Dulha (Groom) and Pandit Ji waiting. At the Micropylar End, the Dulhan (Egg Cell) makes her entry with her 2 Sahelis (2 Synergids). This forms the Egg Apparatus. By counting we prove it is 7-celled (3 Antipodal + 1 Central + 1 Egg + 2 Synergids) and 8-nucleate (Central cell has 2 nuclei, rest all have 1 each) and all are haploid (n). This trick will help you to draw and label the diagram correctly in Board Exams and solve MCQs in NEET 2026 in seconds. Watch till end for full concept!
