Halo 2 - May 2003 spacestation, sentinelfortress, deltaescape and highcharity

Various unpolished levels from the may 2003 build that I fixed up. Most of these levels had shaders that were in the 03 format that I converted. For spacestation specifically, some of the scenery objects had broken models that I took from retail and imported into the build, so it may not be 100% accurate.
