Shaitan Skull Puri is Broken -- Here's How it Actually Works (RoTMG)

Shaitan skull expert BeastAmongMen enlightens RoTMG Gamers about how it actually works. (I think I found a bug) If you were feeling crazy this is to validate YOU! The Shaitan skull's purification secondary ability doesn't work half the time, and the item description leaves out some important info. The puri doesn't work when going from ability 1 to 2, the meter seems to charge based off damage, and you need to actually hit a minion for it to work. Deca pls fix I love u guys.
