The king will know of the Green Moon Crystal, but the people of Ixa'taka need our help to stand up against Valua! With his ship highly weaponized ship, The Chameleon, and the mining of moon stones at the Ixa'taka sacred mountain, what is 5th Admiral De Loco scheming?

Skies of Arcadia, NTSC-U version. The game is played on an unmodded NTSC-U Dreamcast which receives 110 Volt from a step-down converter (Bronson++ TI 200, https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07B...) connected to the European 230 Volt system.
I use a Beharbros Kuro (https://www.beharbros.com/kuro) VGA box. The VGA output (standard off-brand cable) is fed into an Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC, https://www.videogameperfection.com/p..., Revision 1.6 with firmware version 0.81a. I used FirebrandX's timing profile (http://www.firebrandx.com/OSSC/OSSC%2.... Audio is connected via a shielded 3.5mm to 2 RCA cable that was recommended to me by BlueStinger (https://www.videogameperfection.com/f....
The HDMI signal going out from the OSSC is split by an HDMI splitter (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07C.... For display, I use a Yamaha RX-V581 receiver which feeds audio to a pair of Dali Zensor 1 speakers and video to a BenQ W1070 projector, projecting to a custom build screen.
For recording, the HDMI signal is routed into a Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 device (XI100DUSB-HDMI, (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00I...) which connects via USB to a small form factor pc (https://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/MrCr....
I use OBS Studio version 23.2.1 (64-bit) (https://obsproject.com/download) on Windows 10 to record the 640x480 video signal at the 'indistinguishable quality' preset (software x264, crf 10). After recording, the video is upscaled to 2560x1920 (four times the base resolution) with ffmpeg (version 2.8.6-1ubuntu2), the audio track is simply copied.
