In this Darkest Dungeon game play video I use the modded class Beastmaster to snipe stealthed enemies and deal bleed damage. The skill "Bird of Prey" allows him to attack stealthed targets from rank 4 and have a bonus to accuracy and damage against them. "Bird of Prey" also steals the stealth status from the target, but only if they survive the attack. Since "Bird of Prey" move the Beastmaster to the front of the party he will have to use a different skill or use his movement skill, which moves him to the back of the party and grants stealth. "Ravenous" is another of Beastmaster's powerful skills and bleeds a frontline enemy or if used on a corpse then it consumes it while giving him +10% bleed damage for the rest of the quest and restoration for 2 turns. "Cougar's Leap" moves the Beastmaster forward one, hits any enemy except rank 4, deals moderate damage plus bleed, has a crit bonus while stealthed, and grants stealth for 1 round on a miss. Beastmaster's main weakness is that his max HP is low having only 37 with the best armor. To mitigate this weakness I have equipped "Unwavering" as his final skill which grants 1 block, 1 counter with high damage and accuracy, but has a 1 turn cool down. An important fact to know when equipping your Beastmaster is that he has a low damage range so benefits less from critical hits since crit damage is 50% more than the maximum damage. I highly recommend that when you use a Beastmaster to have your 1st rank character be durable since sometimes your Beastmaster will be stealthed so all the frontline attacks your party absorbs at that time will be taken by them. This is why I have used a tank Leper build. If the Leper has the hard skinned quirk, Ancestors Signet Ring, Last will and Testament, and uses Withstand he receives 65% protection, +15% max HP, mark, and bonus resistances. A tank Leper can soak up incredible quantities of damage while healing it all with solemnity. The next party member is Jester which was chosen to counter the high evasion enemies in the Weld and additionally provides some damage and good stress healing. Vestal is the final party member and is the party healer and stunner. This team can struggle to defeat the enemy backline since the only attacks it has that can reach rank 4 are "Bird of Prey" and "Judgement." This problem is somewhat mitigated by the Leper being a damage sponge and the party having a lot of access to healing.
