Auto CC vs Intelligent CC plus Radar

CC is abbreviated for Cruise Control. I don't hear any voice-over from the Radar mod too, even though I have the voice pack installed above it! I think Auto CC isn't playing because I have my games folder on my E:Drive, instead of C:Drive.
