No containment breach had been reported. No member of staff was missing. Initial inspection identified an active voice source behind a secured service door. The individual speaking identified herself as Beth Darrow. Beth Darrow was subsequently confirmed elsewhere. Further examination of the incident produced six recorded interviews, conflicting process records, and evidence that material previously classified as transient may have persisted between tests. Dr. Mara Venn was assigned to determine what the recordings actually contained.
