Why The Powerpuff Girls Hid Ms. Bellum’s Face

If you watched The Powerpuff Girls, you probably remember Ms. Bellum and even though the show spent years refusing to properly show us her face. In this Retro Dive, I’m looking at why Craig McCracken deliberately kept Ms. Bellum’s face hidden, the joke behind her character, the times the show teased a reveal, and the split-second moment where we actually got to see part of it. We’ll also look at what happened to Ms. Bellum when The Powerpuff Girls returned in 2016. Did you ever notice the face reveal when you were younger? #PowerpuffGirls #CartoonNetwork #CartoonFacts
