'Visiting Uncle Dick' was a Comic Relief sketch released after the final episode of One Foot in the Grave which sees Victor continue to reside at Margaret's demise after his untimely death. So technically, this marks the final ever episode of One Foot in the Grave and the last time we see Victor and Margaret Meldrew.
