Whoa, I Remember: Arthur's Math Carnival

(Microsoft) (1998) Arthur's Math Carnival invites kids to join Arthur and the gang at the carnival and have fun while learning math. There are six fun-filled activities and five difficulty levels to keep the challenges fresh. Kids learn a number of essential math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, basic geometry, simple fractions, memory skills, problem solving, and patterns and sequences. There are also art and music activities for extra fun.
