in this video we are discussing Common tactics manipulators and narcissistic partners often use in relationship and how to fix this. Not everyone who says “I love you” truly loves you. Some people wear a mask of affection to gain control, attention, money, or emotional power. Because the manipulation is gradual, victims can spend years believing the relationship is genuine, making the truth difficult to accept when it finally emerges.
Manipulators often use ten common tactics: love bombing (excessive affection to create attachment), creating dependency (making you rely on them emotionally or financially), gaslighting (making you doubt your reality), playing the victim (avoiding responsibility), intermittent reinforcement (alternating love and mistreatment), isolation (distancing you from supportive people), guilt and obligation (using guilt to control your choices), future faking (making promises they never intend to keep), triangulation (creating jealousy and competition), and shifting blame (making every problem seem like your fault).
Breaking this bond begins when you stop focusing on promises and start looking at actions. Reconnect with trusted friends and family, rebuild confidence in your own judgment, keep a record of harmful behaviors, and accept the reality of the relationship rather than the fantasy that was sold to you. Genuine love brings peace, respect, honesty, and growth. Manipulation brings confusion, self-doubt, and emotional dependence. The moment you choose truth over illusion, healing begins.
