Inside a Business Seminar in Silicon Valley! | venture capital, networking, + more

Hey, y’all! Come along with me as I attend a business seminar in Silicon Valley! 💻✨ Over the course of four days, I got to network with leaders from companies like Salesforce, Google, and Strava, and dive into the world of venture capital. It was seriously a life-changing experience that opened my eyes to the endless possibilities out there. 🌟 About SVS (Silicon Valley Seminar): SVS introduces students at the University of Georgia to opportunities and careers in technology and entrepreneurial ventures. Participants in the program have the opportunity to network with venture capitalists, corporate executives, and business founders. Students in the program learn through a series of seminars that culminate with a trip to Silicon Valley in April. Huge thanks to Greg and the Jackson Square Ventures team for making this possible and for creating spaces where students like me can thrive. From exploring the heart of Silicon Valley to making amazing connections, this trip showed me what’s possible in just a few days. If you are a black student at UGA, feel free to reach out to me with any questions about the program! Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to follow my journey through business, college, and life! 💼✨ timestamps: 0:00 intro 0:34 day 1 0:49 trying In-N-Out 1:21 Salesforce office visit 2:07 Welcome reception @ JSV 3:41 day 2 4:19 Computer History Museum 6:38 Google Visit 10:24 Stanford Visit 12:07 Day 3/Strava Office Visit 16:28 Day 4 16:55 Waymo (self-driving car) Ride 18:00 Cherry Blossom Festival 18:57 Hanging out + boat ride 21:56 outro + thanks S O C I A L S: Instagram- @jhayceeecoren Twitter- @jhayceeee_ Spotify- @jhayceeee_ TikTok- @jhayceecoren FAQ: How old are you? 20 (March 28th) What college do you attend?
