What is Reiki? Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a natural energy technique that unlocks inner flow of vital energy to restore and inner balance. It allows you to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve health and enhance the quality of your life. Reiki treats the whole person including their mind, body, emotions and spirit. It also creates many beneficial effects such as feelings of peace, security and well-being. In this video, I guide you through the steps of connecting to Reiki energy. Use your breath to move you through each step, move at your own pace. 1. Close eyes 2. Take several deep breaths 3. Hands in prayer position in front of your heart 4. Raise hands in front of your third eye 5. Connect/visualize with your internal light 6. Open your Crown Chakra and invite Reiki energy to flow 7. Hold position for as long as like 8.
