A Matter of Time ⏱️ — LIVE 04 | Meadowlands | Generative Ambient Meditation | VCV Rack

Generative ambient meditation designed for long-term auditory enjoyment. Small (90HP) patch made up of only two voices: Operator (SignalfunctionSet) and FS6 (docB). Different timbres created by automating voice selection of Operator, loaded with the DX7 ROM3B.syx. More cartridges can be downloaded from Paul Benson's DX7 Page at https://homepages.abdn.ac.uk/d.j.bens... Random gates produced via RndG (docB). Note density changes via modulation of the clock divider CDiv (docB). Stereo image controlled by Orbit (stoermelder). A feedback loop of audio output back into the reverb (Galaxy by Sapphire) intensifies the spacious atmosphere. Bird sounds created with a modulated OB-Xd 12 dB HP filter (Surge XT) integrated into the feedback loop. Various modulations guided by RndC (docB). Thank you to everyone who joined the live stream!
