HOW TO SWIM LIKE A MERMAID!

The key to swimming like a mermaid is to create your movements from the hips. Little to no movement should be done from you knees as fish do not move in that motion. Swimming in a mermaid tail is largely in your core with a graceful bend out to your ankles. I am swimming with my House of Mer tail and a Finis fin.
