NE499/515 - Lecture 10: Safety Culture and the Boeing 737 MAX Airplane Crashes

In this lecture we discuss role of a healthy Safety Culture in preventing criticality accidents, how to develop a healthy Safety Culture, and how a poor Safety Culture has lead to many disasterous accidents in the past, including the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster and the recent Boeing 737 MAX airplane crashes.
