මුල්ලේගම ශ්‍රී සුගතානන්දනාරාම විහාරස්ථානයේ 2022 වසරේ පැවැත්වුණු කඨින මහා පූජෝත්සවයේදී කාගේත් නෙත් සිත් වඩාත්ම ඇදබැඳ තබා ගත්, දෑසට ප්‍රිය උපදවන සුන්දරම සංස්කෘතික අංගයක් වූයේ අපේ පුංචි දියණියන් (Little Princesses) විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද "කොහොඹ කළය" නර්තන අංගයයි. හෙළ ජනශ්‍රැතියට අනුව සෙත් ශාන්තිය, නිරෝගීභාවය සහ ආශිර්වාදය සංකේතවත් කරන කොහොඹ පත්‍රවලින් සැරසූ කළ ගෙඩි දෝතින් දරාගෙන, ඉතාමත් හික්මීමකින් සහ අහිංසක සුරතල් ලීලාවෙන් යුතුව මෙම දියණියන් දැක්වූ නර්තන දක්ෂතාවය පූජනීය කඨින පෙරහැරට ගෙන ආවේ අමුතුම අලංකාරයකි. අපේ අනාගත පරපුර මෙලෙස කුඩා කල සිටම බෞද්ධ සාරධර්ම සහ දේශීය සංස්කෘතික උරුමයන් සුරකිමින් පෙරහැර මංගල්‍යයට දායක වීම මුල්ලේගම සැදැහැවතුන්ගේ මහත් අභිමානයට හේතු විය. One of the most heartwarming and visually enchanting highlights of the Mullegama Sri Sugathanandanarama Katina Maha Poojothsawaya 2022 was the beautiful "Kohomba Kalaya" dance performed by our adorable little princesses. Balancing and dancing gracefully with traditional clay pots adorned with fresh margosa (Kohomba) leaves, these young girls brought an aura of innocence, pure joy, and cultural charm to the sacred procession. Symbolizing protective blessings and healing rooted deeply in Sri Lankan folklore, their synchronized movements captivated every onlooker.
