Southall Indian grocery shopping 🛒🇮🇳🇬🇧 — but this time, a normal grocery trip turned into a little discussion about UK life, Indian vegetables and cooking! 😂 Why is it so difficult to decide “Aaj ki banana aa?” in the UK? 😩 And when you finally decide, finding Indian vegetables like kaddu, bhindi, tori and others can be expensive — and sometimes they don’t even taste the same, possibly because they’re imported and stored for longer. We also talked about something many Indian families in the UK can relate to: Indian food can take so much time to prepare because of all the gravy, masala and cooking process.
