Rouser 135LS + 150NS Block Repair | Oil Leak & Loose Cylinder Head Fixed!

In this video, I repaired my Bajaj Rouser 135LS after upgrading it with a Rouser 150NS cylinder block. After around 45 km, the engine suddenly became very loud, as if there was no exhaust, and oil started leaking between the cylinder block and cylinder head. Upon disassembly, I discovered that the cylinder head nuts had loosened, causing the head gasket to lose its seal. I replaced the gaskets with genuine Bajaj gaskets, properly retorqued the cylinder head, and reassembled the engine. To verify the repair, I rode the motorcycle for 120 km, and I'm happy to report that there are no more oil leaks, no unusual engine sounds, and the motorcycle is running perfectly.
