🔴 Europe Weather Radar LIVE: rain radar, thunderstorms and storm cells in real time + calm lo-fi for work, study and focus. 🤖 AUTOMATED: Stream and metadata are program-generated; synthetic AI voice announcements run sparingly and stay visibly labelled. Not an official warning service. 🔔 Subscribe + bell: catch the next storm setup over Europe — and the next focus session. Stormtape shows a pan-European OPERA precipitation-radar overview, satellite-based observation of European storm cells, plus high-resolution DWD detail radar and DWD warning information for Germany. The OPERA composite is not a guarantee of seamless coverage. ▶ DE/EN livestreams:    / @stormtape   🌐 Choose a livestream: https://stormtape.com/ ✉ Contact: https://stormtape.com/kontakt#english WHAT YOU ARE WATCHING • EUMETNET OPERA: pan-European precipitation-radar overview • EUMETSAT: satellite-based storm-cell and weather observation • DWD: high-resolution detail radar and additional weather-analysis products for Germany • DWD warning information for Germany in a Stormtape-processed warning overview • Calm lo-fi for work, study and focus ⚠️ SAFETY Information may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. In danger, rely exclusively on official sources: your national weather service via https://www.meteoalarm.org and local authorities; in the EU call 112. In Germany use DWD WarnWetter and NINA. Processed Stormtape warning overview: https://api.stormtape.com/warnings?la... Official DWD warnings: https://www.dwd.de/warnungen The Stormtape overview may select, group and shorten DWD warning data. It is not the original warning and covers official warnings only for Germany. Outside Germany, check the responsible national weather service or MeteoAlarm directly. 🤖 TRANSPARENCY Synthetic AI voice announcements run sparingly. The English track is generated locally with Kokoro (af_heart). On-screen, the stream shows “AI VOICE · synthetically generated · not a live human voice” / “Synthetic AI voice · automated · not official”. In the live audio path, Stormtape machine-marks only announced speech windows (plus a short margin); the music bed stays unmarked. If the marker or voice gate is not healthy, announcements stay silent (fail-closed) while the stream can continue. The Article 50 role is determined per asset and integration: any applicable machine-readable marking is a provider duty; clear deployer disclosure is made no later than first exposure. This does not create a blanket AudioSeal requirement for every clip. Situation assessments are currently generated by deterministic, rule-based automation and labelled directly as automated/not official; no generative weather LLM is active. Any later actually AI-generated weather text would be labelled directly on that output as “AI-generated situation assessment · not official”. The voice and automated visualization are not official. Reading viewer chat, greetings and place replies is currently disabled. During strong weather (radar rotation / suspected supercell / strong cells) the bot may auto-post nearby webcam links by day (hyperlinks with attribution only, no embedded images; no user command). No viewer chat text is sent to Groq or another AI service. These transparency statements are not a legal or compliance guarantee.
